Notes –
- This method uses the concept (50 + a)2 = [(25 + a) 100] + a2, where ‘(50 + a)’ is the number near 50 and ‘a’ is difference.
- Whenever the number is more than 50, the difference is written as positive (+ve).
- Whenever the number is less than 50, the difference is written as negative (-ve).
